Fringe 3.0 has a streamlined silhouette and tailored style. Designed with clean lines, angular details, and straight arms, this series is a perfect solution for spaces with a smaller footprint. Nook models feature tablet arms or cubbies to create additional workspace or storage. In addition to welcoming lobbies, focus areas, and guest spaces, all models are sized to fit in Kolo Pods.
The Fringe family also includes Fringe and Fringe 2.0. The original Fringe series is a robust lounge collection that offers a large variety of freestanding and modular lounge and table solutions for collaborating or individual focus. The design of Fringe 2.0 features a lighter scale profile and thinner arm and back style than the original Fringe, and the series includes a unique club chair.

Seth Tempel graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design. During college, Seth completed two internships with Kimball International and then worked as an Industrial Designer for a decade prior to joining Kimball International’s Product Development team. Seth brings experience and knowledge, along with a new perspective, to our product portfolio. His design goal is to positively impact the user experience through innovative features and captivating aesthetics.
