Product & Material Lead Times

At Kimball International, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to create the best customer experience. We continually strive to achieve industry-leading production dependability. However, some lead time exceptions do occur outside our standard lead times. Occasionally, we experience extended lead times on some of our series, models within a specific series, or surface materials. Those exceptions can be found on the tabs located below.

Our lead times are updated daily. For large projects, please consult your Customer Service Account Manager or Strategic Sales Manager for lead time planning and to better align with your installation needs. Contact Kimball International Customer Service with any questions at 800.482.1717.

Our Quick Delivery lead time of 12 business days includes the following orders:

  • Up to 20 chairs (excluding lounge products: Collette, Connolly, Fringe, Greer, Idara Mid Back, Reno, and Swift)
  • Up to 10 workstations, storage, tables, and accessories
  • Up to 5 Pods and lounge items

For greater quantities, please contact Customer Service at 800.482.1717 to confirm availability. If placing an order for any of these products, please submit them on a separate purchase order. Mixing Quick Delivery with standard items will result in standard lead time for the entire purchase order.

All brands products are generally at a 3-6 week lead time. Some standard products offer solutions in 2 weeks or less. If a product series is impacted with extended lead times, models within those series on the Quick Delivery programs will receive the same extended lead time.

Global supply chains may be disrupted due to the volatility of current market conditions, and this may result in temporary delays or the availability of certain products or surface materials. We will communicate promptly if there are disruptions. Please contact customer service with any specific questions.

Be sure to check the Materials tab for up-to-date information about any surface materials that are experiencing a delay.
