Robert Cox’s design approach is inspired by referencing historic models and transforming them through a contemporary filter. This juxtaposition creates a familiar, yet new design that is suited to multiple project types. Working with numerous artisans, craftspeople, and workrooms informed how Robert approaches the creation of making something collaborative and celebratory.
Robert combines his experience with residential interiors, hospitality, multifamily residential, and workplace design with antiques, vintage furnishings, and art to create new and historic pieces. This blend creates solutions that are unique, warm, and approachable.
