Massillamany Jeter & Carson LLP (MJC Law) is a law firm located in Fishers, Indiana. With growing client demand and the firm's mission to provide comprehensive legal solutions under one roof, MJC Law set out to upgrade their headquarters. To accommodate their current needs and allow room for future growth, they constructed a new four-story, 23,710-square-foot building, occupying floors two through four.

As part of the move, MJC Law decided to furnish the space entirely with new furniture that aligned with the design intent of the building while supporting employee well-being and workplace ergonomics.

After experiencing Kimball International's private office and seating capabilities, along with the positive relationship developed with Fleming Interior Group, MJC Law quickly selected Kimball International as a partner for the project. When selecting furniture solutions, employee well-being remained a top priority. Height-adjustable desks were specified for every private office, providing employees with greater flexibility throughout the workday. The firm also created a variety of conference spaces featuring different seating options, along with both seated and standing-height tables to support a range of meeting styles and employee preferences.

To further enhance the workplace environment, MJC Law incorporated biophilic elements through WaveWorks planters and included dedicated wellness rooms on each floor. A combination of products from National, Kimball, David Edward, and Interwoven brands helped create a functional and comfortable workspace that supports daily work and employee wellness.

When selecting finishes, the firm incorporated touches of its signature red brand color throughout the space, creating a cohesive look that reinforces MJC Law's identity. The result is a workplace that supports employees while reflecting the professionalism and culture of the firm.
