Kristie Juster is leading Kimball International’s transformation into one of the world’s leading omnichannel commercial furnishings companies. Kristie accelerates growth for the company through brand innovation, distribution channel expansion and a global mindset. Since Kristie became CEO in 2018, she has overseen the development of a market-facing growth strategy and adoption of a center-led structure that leverages the company’s long-standing expertise and positions it to expand and thrive in the shifting marketplace. She has deep experience in growing commercial, consumer and eCommerce brands while preserving values critical to long-term sustainability. A member of the company’s Board of Directors since 2016, Kristie came to the company with more than 20 years of experience as a global executive at Newell Brands, overseeing divisions that included brands such as Levolor, Kirsch, Calphalon, Sharpie, Graco and Expo. Kristie is a member of the board of Trex Company, Inc. and the board of the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Cornell University.
Timothy "T.J." Wolfe
Chief Financial Officer
T.J. Wolfe is an expert strategic and operational finance leader who helps organizations achieve large-scale transformation. He joined Kimball International as Chief Financial Officer in 2020 and is pivotal to the company’s growth acceleration strategy. T.J. has a background in global consumer branded organizations and has experience managing integration and strategic planning activities. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Great Britain Unit of Coca-Cola European Partners. T.J. earned an MBA from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Lonnie Nicholson is dedicated to leading strategic initiatives that build organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, fostering a company culture infused with purpose. Additionally, he leads the relationship between the company and the community as the Chair of the Kimball International-Habig Foundation. Lonnie joined the company in 1986 and has held a wide range of technical, operational and management positions in information technology and human resources. He holds professional certifications as a GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional). He is a member of the board of the Dubois County Community Foundation and the Dubois Strong economic development organization. Lonnie earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from Indiana University and is also a graduate of the Indiana University-Kelley School of Business Executive Leadership Development Program.
Mark W. Johnson
Chief Legal Officer; Corporate Secretary
As Chief Legal Officer, Mark Johnson brings a wide range of leadership experience to his work shaping Kimball International’s corporate business practices and legal affairs. He also led the implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide ESG function and oversees the company’s compliance program. As Corporate Secretary, Mark is a key liaison to the effective operations of the Board of Directors. As President of the Hospitality business unit, Mark brings deep expertise in business planning and transformation as well as proven experience as a member of the Kimball International executive team. Mark joined Kimball International in 2020. Previously, Mark was Deputy General Counsel at Newell Brands Inc. where he was responsible for directing Newell’s international legal teams and the company’s government affairs work. Mark also was a commercial litigator at the international law firm McGuireWoods. Mark earned a law degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Hampton University. He is a past director of the Autism Society of Georgia and of the Atlanta Tipoff Club. The club’s Naismith Awards recognize top basketball players and coaches at the national, state and local levels.
Chief Operating Officer, Workplace & Health
As Chief Operating Officer of our Workplace & Health business units, Kourtney Smith leads the product development, brand marketing, and business operations that bring to life the Kimball, National, Etc, and Interwoven brands for the commercial office, health, education and public sector markets. Kourtney draws on her deep experience in the office and hospitality industries and on her ability to assess market needs and trends. Kourtney takes a customer-centric approach to leadership and design innovation. She joined the company in 1988 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, product development, sales and service. She most recently served as President of Workplace and prior to that the President of National Office Furniture and before that as President of Kimball Hospitality. She holds the distinction of being a Kellogg Executive Scholar of Professional Achievement in Marketing and Sales Management. She has continued her professional development through a variety of programs and involvement in industry associations.
Chief Customer Officer, Workplace & Health
As Chief Customer Officer of our Workplace & Health business units, Michael Roch leads Kimball International’s customer growth and business development through execution of the company’s commercial strategy. He holds responsibility for Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Sales Training & Enablement, as well as Sales Planning & Performance to accelerate growth of the Kimball, National, Etc., and Interwoven brands in the end markets we serve. Since joining Kimball International in 2005 in a front-line sales role, Michael has taken on various customer-facing leadership roles with increasing responsibility for the organization, serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales for Workplace. Michael graduated from Miami University (of Ohio) with a bachelor’s degree in business economics.
President, eBusiness, Digital and Innovation
Koorosh Sharghi leads Poppin, the digitally enabled commercial furniture company that is powering Kimball International’s eBusiness growth and market expansion as a leading omnichannel commercial furnishings powerhouse. Leveraging Poppin’s digital lead-generation capabilities and go-to-market approach, Koorosh steers Kimball International’s digital innovation strategy and execution. Koorosh joined Kimball International in 2019 as EVP, Strategy and Transformation to lead the company’s change agenda by facilitating the development and execution of the Connect strategy. Koorosh brought with him extensive experience in end-to-end business transformation. Previously, he led the centralization of global marketing at Radio Systems Corporation. He also held several leadership positions at Newell Brands, where he built cross-business strategies and center-led functions for a portfolio of market-leading brands. Koorosh earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan College.
Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Greg Meunier’s deep manufacturing and industry experience powers his leadership building new capabilities within the company’s operations function as well as setting new standards in operational excellence, quality, reliability, productivity, and safety. As Executive Vice President, Global Operations, Greg heads a team responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, logistics, research and development, safety and environmental operations. He joined the company over 30 years ago in an entry-level manufacturing position and distinguished himself in roles of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of the Santa Claus, Indiana manufacturing facility, Director of Operations for Casegoods Manufacturing, and most recently the Vice President of Global Operations for National Office Furniture. Greg earned his degree in business administration and management from Phoenix University, and is also a graduate of the Indiana University-Kelley School of Business Executive Leadership Development Program.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
As Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Greg Kincer leads the company’s merger and acquisitions initiatives and is a versatile and strategic thinking executive. He has executive responsibility for global treasury operations, commercial banking, insurance and risk management, as well as the company’s corporate real estate and facilities management and flight services. Greg joined the company in 1993 as a Group Financial Manager and has held several positions with increasing scope and responsibilities. Before joining the company, Greg was senior manager for accounting firm Ernst & Young in Lexington, Ky. He is a member of the Indiana Manufacturers Association’s Board of Directors and proudly serves as treasurer of the Jasper Aquatic Wildcats Swim Team, a parent-run organization. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky.
